In certain cases divergency can occure between the colour seen on the webpage and the colour of the ordered product, for this Seller does not take responsibility. Costumer accepts that products distributed by Seller are made by reuse of second-hand denim material.
Guarantee/warranty rights: for articles of clothing regulations of Civil Code are authoritative. For all the products there is two years warranty and the first six months are indemnity. Warranty means that Seller repairs or changes the product or reduces the price or gives the opportunity of withdrawal if the product suffers from fault in manufacture.
To claim for warranty the printed e-bill or paper bill and the original label sewn in the product are needed. In every case the claim of warranty has to be taken down on record. Record has to contain datas about purchase and the fact of object. Please visit our costumer service with this claim.
